Your photos and consent
Use the service only with photos you own or have permission to use, with one consenting adult per portrait. Do not create deceptive impersonation, harassment, unlawful material or content that violates another person's rights. You are responsible for checking the permission of both people before creating and sharing a duet.
AI output and audio
58th Floor is an independent creative tool, not affiliated with the performers, COLORS or TikTok. AI results may change identity, clothing, hands, movement, timing and lip-sync. The original song or recording is not guaranteed. A credit purchase does not license third-party music, recordings, likenesses or other protected material.
Previews, purchases and credits
One successful image preview is free per account, subject to availability and abuse limits. Further image previews cost 3 credits. Videos require paid credits; the selected duration, resolution and cost are displayed before submission. Starter costs $9.99 for 100 credits; Creator Pack costs $24.99 for 300 credits. These are one-time purchases with no monthly subscription. Pack credits expire after 100 days.
Credits are reserved while a paid request is processed. A confirmed failed generation releases its reservation; an uncertain request remains under review to avoid duplicate submissions or charges. Released credits retain their original expiry. A released credit reservation is not a refund of the original purchase payment.
Downloads and support
Image previews are available for 24 hours and completed video downloads for seven days. Save completed files within that window. The library is not permanent storage. Review your result and the rules of the platform where you intend to share it.
For failed payments, missing credits, technical faults or refund questions, contact support with your account email, task ID or Stripe receipt. Never send passwords or full card details. We will investigate the specific transaction; this page does not promise a particular creative result or automatic purchase refund.
